My program includes 12 one-hour sessions delivered online or on the phone. Each session has a clear objective using a research-based framework. The sessions are engaging, thought provoking and challenging. Valuable prompts and activities are given after each session for you to immediately apply the new concepts, tools and strategies you've learned. I also provide recommendations of resources tailored to you so you can dig deeper into the topics we discuss during our sessions.
CHALLENGING + RESEARCH-BASED + RESULTS DRIVEN
In these sessions we will assess where you are in your life now, define your goals and aspirations, and establish proven key habits and actions that can be used to improve and increase your performance in all areas of your life.
The final six sessions focus on mastering your psychology, physiology, productivity, people skills, and purpose. This prepares you to be intentional and confident as you actively engage in and pursue what is most important to you.
Additional coaching is available after completion of the initial program described above.
