My Story

I am a Certified High Performance Coach™, lifelong educator and learner, and a firm believer in our ability to grow, thrive, and experience joy in all phases of our lives.  At a very early age (5 to be exact!) I knew I wanted to be a teacher because I loved school, learning, and helping others. So that is exactly what I did -- I was a classroom teacher for 25+ years, and my love of learning and supporting people in their growth has never waned.  In 2019 I became a Certified High Performance Coach™ certified by the High Performance Institute. My prior education includes a Bachelor's from UCLA in Communication Studies and a Master's in Teaching from Fordham University. I also regularly participate in personal and professional development workshops, seminars, and webinars so I can continue to expand my coaching skills and knowledge.  All of my experience, training, and skills are directed to what I value most:  helping  people create meaningful and joyful lives.
